We are seeking an experienced Compassionate Patient Care Specialist (CNA) for per diem opportunities in Burlington. This role will involve providing direct patient care and documentation of services rendered.

Key Responsibilities

<ul>Deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our patients.Prepare accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient interactions and services provided.<p>Requirements<ul>A minimum of one year of experience in patient care and record-keeping in an acute care or custodial setting.Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Current listing with the Division of Facility Services Registry and proof of 75 certified education hours.Ability to accept travel assignments and adapt to varying work environments.<p>We offer a competitive salary range of $22-$28 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as opportunities for continuing education and professional growth.
