Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Med/Surg team at Carlinville Area Hospital & Clinics. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced inpatient hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Med/Surg department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current IL RN license in good standing.
- Current CPR or willingness to obtain.
- ACLS preferred.
