Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Golden Corral. As a Meat Cutter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and quantity of our meat products, which directly impacts the guest's dining experience.

• Food Production: Cut meat according to product specifications and time standards, ensuring optimal profit and guest satisfaction.
• Implement and follow the buffet production system to maintain quality and shelf life compliance.
• Rotate cut and boxed meat to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Stock and arrange the Meat Cooler in accordance with approved food safety guidelines.

• Sanitize all surfaces between production of chicken and other meats to prevent cross-contamination.
• Recognize and remove spoiled meat to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Clean and sanitize the meat room according to cleanliness, service, and quality standards.
• Comply with local health department regulations.

• Use administration forms to maintain an inventory of all meat products and determine production levels.
• Notify the Manager of any discrepancies in product or equipment.
• Perform opening and closing administrative procedures.
• Maintain equipment according to the Equipment Maintenance manual.
• Complete duty roster tasks.
