Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Oak Lawn, Illinois.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to nuclear medicine procedures, including preparing patients, operating equipment, and analyzing images.

Responsibilities
  • Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including preparing patients, operating equipment, and analyzing images
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet patient needs
  • Monitor patient responses to interventions and report outcomes
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One to three years of experience as a Medical Technologist
  • Certifications may be required for this position
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • PC skills
