Driver Processor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Driver Processor to join our team at Randstad USA. As a key member of our National Recruiting team, you will play a critical role in supporting our driver recruitment efforts by ensuring that applicants meet all safety and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with our National Recruiting team to process driver applications, verify experience, and ensure that applicants meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the National Recruiting team to source, recruit, and qualify driver applicants.
• Make outbound and answer incoming calls to gather documentation from applicants and verify driving experience with other carriers.
• Process applicants to Qualified Pending status through Safety Risk Management.
• Track and update all applicants in the Tenstreet platform.
• Ensure applicants meet SRM criteria based on application information, 3rd party qualifying reports, and VOPEs.
• Verify applicants' previous driving experience as part of driver qualification.
• Reduce time spent reviewing applications by consistently providing high-quality applicant files.
• Manage time efficiently to qualify applicants in the Tenstreet Applicant Tracking System.

Requirements

• Some college education preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service or Call Center settings is desirable.
• Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations is a benefit.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Capacity to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
