About Harmony United Medsolution PVT LTD:
Harmony United Medsolution is dedicated to providing comprehensive outpatient mental health services, including psychiatric evaluations and psychological testing, through both in-person and virtual consultations via our secure telehealth platform. We are expanding our team and client base across various locations.
Our multidisciplinary team comprises psychiatrists, licensed psychiatric nurse practitioners, certified physician assistants, and skilled therapists, committed to delivering quality care to adults, adolescents, and children aged 5 and older.

We prioritize building trust and confidence with our clients, treating each individual with compassion and respect. Our goal is to offer tailored treatment that meets the unique needs of each patient.
Qualifications:
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Psychiatric NP or less than 5 years as an APRN in another specialty.
- Active Florida license or in the process of obtaining one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the psychological and emotional well-being of patients, prescribe medications, and provide counseling using various assessment methods.
- Monitor medication effects and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient's specific emotional, social, cognitive, developmental, or behavioral challenges.
- Be available for on-call emergency situations by phone every 5-6 months, depending on staffing.
- Conduct scheduled client sessions through both in-person and telehealth visits.
- Stay current with professional knowledge through reading, attending conferences, and networking.
- Participate in administrative meetings as required.
Compensation Package:
- Competitive base salary
- Opportunity to earn an additional $30,000 to $37,500 annually

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, with office hours available Monday through Thursday (4 days x 10 hours). A combination of in-office clinical work and at-home telehealth is available, with additional hours on weekends for telehealth only.
