Job Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 8 am - 8 pm (you will receive a five-day schedule with an eight-hour shift within this timeframe)
- Compensation: $19.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive information to callers regarding available benefits and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while meeting call center performance metrics.
- Accurately input data into various computer systems as required by the company and clients to maintain updated records for each caller.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Must possess an active PA Health, Life, and Accident License.
- Previous experience in insurance open enrollment is required.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
