Mobility Works Elevator Project Coordinator

Job Title: Mobility Works Elevator Project Coordinator
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
This role is responsible for overseeing elevator installations from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be working closely with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience installing Limited Use/Limited Access, Home Elevators or Vertical Platform Lifts. They will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and prioritize lift installations and manpower needs.
- Manage jobsites from survey through completion of installation and advise on project progress.
- Determine what materials need to be ordered for job completion and coordinate sub-contracting portions of installations.
- Perform quality audits and troubleshoot problems with mechanics.
- Maintain strong familiarity of company products by attending training classes and reviewing factory equipment updates.
Requirements:
- Active Elevator Mechanic License with proof of completion of accredited organization.
- Low-voltage electrical experience required.
- General construction experience required.
- Experience reading blueprints/schematics preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Active driver's license.
- Excellent customer service skills and experience required.
- Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
