About the Job: Genesis10 is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join its team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing business analysis and program/project support for the development, enhancement, and quality assessment of various Lines of Business (LOBs).

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Provide business analysis and program/project support for the development, enhancement, and quality assessment of various LOBs;
  • Identify and capture requirements for highly complex standards, processes, system and/or multiple systems across multiple stakeholders;
  • Develop and refine stories to translate business requirements into actionable technical requirements and stories which enable the development team;
  • Be a Subject Matter Expert on the team's business solutions and technical platform capabilities;
  • Support the development and maintenance of product backlog to allow prioritization and planning to support business objectives and align to the roadmap;
  • Support and/or participate in user acceptance testing as applicable to ensure quality in application releases and user experience;
  • Actively contributes to the creation, facilitating, managing, and recommending training for all aspects of support the team provides;
  • Advises on security, risk management, and IT process principles and escalate to appropriate team(s) as needed.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's Degree and 3+ years of data analytics experience, or a Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of data analytics experience, or equivalent military/work experience. You should also have experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in Information Technology and the banking sector. Additionally, you should possess excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills and the ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings to accomplish objectives or resolve issues.
