Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Guitar Craft Specialist to provide expert maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of guitar repair and maintenance, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments
- Maintain store-owned gear and complete warranty repair work
- Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Develop knowledge and skills through GC certification program and ongoing training
Requirements:
- Skilled understanding of repairing guitars
- Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center products (a plus)
Benefits:
- Estimated salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience
- Robust benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), mental health support, paid time off, and employee discount program
