Job SummaryWe are seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collegial environment, partnering closely with colleagues across medicine in a multi-disciplinary team setting. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with our health systems, and contributing to our team's clinical excellence.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department environment
- Collaborate with our health systems to ensure seamless patient care
- Contribute to our team's clinical excellence through participation in quality improvement initiatives
- Participate in leadership opportunities, including medical director roles
- Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree, required
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Emergency Medicine
- Current State of Minnesota MD or DO license and DEA, required
- Successful candidates must submit to TB testing and any vaccinations recommended by OSHA Guidelines
This position will report to our Allina Zone. We stagger what sites you cover depending on your tenure at EPPA. We start everyone at our larger hospitals and then expand to regional and Urgency Room coverage as new hires feel comfortable. You do not work at all sites and will work with zone leadership on which sites you will cover. Physicians in this zone will have the opportunity to work at the following facilities:
- Mercy Hospital
- Cambridge Medical Center
- Buffalo Hospital
