Director Tech Project Program

About the Role

As a key member of SCA Health's IT leadership team, the Director Tech Project/Program Manager will be responsible for leading and directing IT projects and programs across the organization.

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute project plans, budgets, and timelines
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT projects and programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Manage project resources, including vendors and internal teams
  • Analyze project data and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in IT project management
  • Proven track record of success in managing large-scale IT projects
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • PMP certification
