Job Description:You will be responsible for assembling and building structural forms such as crane components, cranes, jib cranes, and structures. This will involve performing electrical assembly and wiring for industrial equipment, including wiring new cranes in the fabrication process, assembling 3-phase and Single-phase electric hoists, and configuring pneumatic hoists. You will also be responsible for assembling and wiring control boxes, working with PLC's, and troubleshooting. Furthermore, you'll be expected to assemble and test electric and pneumatic chain hoists, electric wire rope hoists, and push/geared/motorized trolleys per customer's specifications.
Responsibilities:- Assemble and build structural forms such as crane components, cranes, jib cranes, and structures
- Perform electrical assembly and wiring for industrial equipment
- Wiring new cranes in the fabrication process
- Assembling 3-phase and Single-phase electric hoists
- Configuring pneumatic hoists
- Assembling and wiring control boxes
- Working with PLC's and troubleshooting
- Assembling and testing electric and pneumatic chain hoists, electric wire rope hoists, and push/geared/motorized trolleys per customer's specifications
- Ability to read blueprints
- Understanding of wiring to PLC and troubleshooting process
- Knowledge of VFD's - Variable Frequency Drives
- Ability to run conduit
- Experience working with 460/480V power
The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental & vision, life insurance, health advocacy and employee assistance programs, a 401(k) plan, and employee discounts.
