Position Overview- Specialty: Telemetry
- Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks with potential for extension
- Work Schedule: 48 hours per week
- Shift: 12-hour night shifts
- Employment Type: Travel
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Proficient in IV starts and telemetry interpretation
- Current AHA BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred
- Experience in travel nursing is advantageous
- Must possess proficiency in EPIC software
Additional Information:
- Floating to other units may be required
- Patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:7
