Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain property models, vacant units, and common areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Proactively identify and report opportunities for site improvements and repairs.
- Follow safety standards and manufacturer's instructions when using chemicals or operating equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and supplies.
- Follow proper infection control and universal precautions when performing tasks.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Three to six months of housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to cope with and defuse situations involving angry or difficult people.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed uniform policy.
