About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Industrial Technician Leader to lead our plant maintenance team at Matheson Tri-Gas. As an Industrial Technician Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our steam methane reforming hydrogen plants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and instrumentation engineering, as well as experience with PLCs and DCS systems. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as a personal safety philosophy.

In this role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical and instrumentation equipment, as well as supervise a team of technicians. You will also be expected to provide training and guidance to junior staff members.

To be successful in this position, you must have a trade/technical degree or apprenticeship in a related field, as well as 10 years of relevant experience within a technical discipline. Strong interpersonal abilities and a willingness to mentor/coach junior staff members are also required.
