Full-Time Histotechnician Opportunity

Allied Digestive Health, a leading gastroenterology care network, is seeking a skilled Histotechnician to join our team at the DiaPath Diagnostics Laboratory facility in Jericho, New York.

Responsibilities:
  • Produce high-quality embedding, microtomy, tissue grossing, tissue processing, H&E staining, special staining, and immunohistochemistry staining.
  • Research, understand, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the Histology staff to resolve issues related to routine work.
Requirements:
  • NY State Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science with at least one year of training and/or experience in an Anatomical Laboratory setting.
