Central Barista

At O.H.S.O. Central, we are seeking a skilled Central Barista to join our team. As a Central Barista, you will be responsible for creating a great customer service experience, preparing alcoholic and coffee beverages to recipe, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Planning drink menus and informing guests about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to guests.
• Checking identification to ensure guests are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
• Maintaining a clean work and dining area by removing trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment.

Requirements:

• Title 4 Liquor Certification
• Food Handlers Certification

-2 Years of Recent Bartending Experience

Availability:

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 19 years of age to serve alcohol in the state of Arizona
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, etc for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
