About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at our Vancouver, WA facility. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our offices, manufacturing, packaging, blend, warehouses, parking lots, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform custodial duties, including cleaning offices, manufacturing areas, and other facilities
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures, company policies, safety policies, and quality standards
  • Work in clean rooms, warehouses, and production environments
  • Use a variety of cleaning utensils and equipment, including floor scrubbers
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks, such as wiping down furniture, walls, and doors; scrubbing toilets; washing windows; sweeping and mopping floors; and emptying trash cans
  • Replenish kitchen and bathroom supplies
  • Report supply needs and sanitation concerns to supervisor
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED, plus one year of experience and/or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Ability to maintain quality, safety, and infection control standards
  • Ability to detect problems and report information to appropriate personnel
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
  • Ability to maintain punctuality and predictable attendance
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment and clean room attire
