Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, managing complex medical conditions and life-threatening problems.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform various medical procedures, and monitor patients' vital signs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
  • Participate in emergency nursing procedures, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation, as needed.
Requirements
  • Active RN license and current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
  • At least 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care ICU setting.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
