Job DescriptionThe 1:1 Instructional Support Assistants will work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to provide individualized instruction and support to students. This may include modifying instructional materials, participating in behavior management strategies, and providing positive reinforcement and support to students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement behavioral and instructional strategies and activities based on individual student needs.
- Assist in delivering instruction based on individual student needs in consultation with the classroom teacher, BCBA, SLP, OT, and School Clinician.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment that encourages productive learning and fosters positive behaviors and independence.
