Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Medical Assistant I to join our team in Prescott Valley, AZ. This role involves working closely with our healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care and support services.
Estimated Annual Salary: $48,505
Key Responsibilities- Escort patients to exam rooms, conduct patient history interviews, and take vital signs.
- Provide clear communication to patients about their treatment plans and any necessary follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Restock supplies, manage inventory, and perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Administer medication and treatment as directed by the healthcare provider.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No experience necessary; medical assistant certification from an approved training program is mandatory.
- Current Basic Life Support certificate for the Health Care Professionals must be obtained within three months of hire.
- A valid Arizona driver's license and current fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety are also required.
- Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are preferred.
