Lead Respiratory Therapist Nights

The Lead Respiratory Therapist Nights position at Dartmouth Health in Lebanon, New Hampshire offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to lead a team of respiratory care professionals. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to provide high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to staff, students, and medical residents in respiratory care theory and practice, and develop in-service programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between healthcare teams, ensure effective patient care transitions, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in hospital-wide committees and task forces, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement policies and procedures related to respiratory care.
- 5 years of experience in respiratory care required; Bachelor's degree and supervisory experience preferred.
- Registered RCP licensure in NH; ACLS, PALS, NRP, BLS certifications.
