About the Role

We are looking for a talented Inside Sales Associate to join our team at Eckart LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, providing product information, and ensuring that customers are satisfied with our services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and post-secondary courses in Electrical are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Processing incoming calls and orders
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet customer needs
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
