IT Director

Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation (YKHC) is seeking a highly skilled IT Director to lead our Core IT operations and drive innovation in support of our mission to achieve the vision of Alaska Natives being the healthiest people in the world.

The IT Director will provide strategic leadership and direction to align YKHC's IT operations with our business strategy, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and efficient IT services that support our healthcare operations.

• Develop and implement IT strategies that align with YKHC's business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to deliver high-quality IT services
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT projects and initiatives
• Ensure the security and integrity of YKHC's IT systems and data
• Develop and manage IT budgets and resources
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on healthcare
• Proven track record of leading IT teams and delivering high-quality IT services
• Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and IT service management
