ResponsibilitiesAs a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities include:
- Assisting all customers with order entries and inquiries regarding the company
- Keeping all customers satisfied and happy with the company as their distributor
- Solving customer problems and dealing with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists
- Communicating and interacting with customers, vendors, and co-workers professionally
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent is required. Additionally, you should have 6-12 months of customer service, call center, and/or related experience. Preferred qualifications include High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience and 1-2 years of customer service, call center, and/or related experience within the foodservice industry.
