Key Responsibilities
" Supervise office staff functions for maintaining FRA and Corporation required locomotive records.
" Evaluate loco supervisor, crew, management, and transportation performance.
" Oversee the procurement process to ensure timely delivery of materials.

Requirements
" Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
" 5+ years of experience in fleet operations or procurement management.
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
" Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Compensation
" Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
