Job Title: Plant Director

At Niagara Bottling, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant Director to lead our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant performance, ensuring a safe working environment, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee product quality control, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve plant production goals, optimize processes, and reduce costs.
  • Manage and coordinate plant operations, including purchasing, production, quality, and shipping.
  • Select, train, and develop plant supervisory and administrative staff.
  • Foster a well-trained and motivated team through effective leadership and communication.
  • Conduct regular employee performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure maintenance of a clean and safe plant environment.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of personnel, including department managers, vendors, and customers.
  • Attend corporate trainings and meetings to stay informed and aligned with company goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • 6 years of experience working as a department manager or equivalent, or 2 years as a Plant Director.
  • 8 years of experience managing people and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • 10+ years of experience working as a Plant Director.
  • 10+ years of experience managing people and projects.

Education:
  • Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
