Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

CrossMed Allied is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work in our radiology department. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing ultrasound examinations, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform ultrasound examinations on patients, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide excellent patient care, ensuring comfort and dignity throughout the examination process.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ultrasound technology and techniques, attending training sessions and workshops as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS) or a related specialty.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
