Corporate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our legal team at NetBrain LLC. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in advising on and negotiating complex legal and business transactions.

• Manage and advise on licenses, partnership agreements, channel agreements, and other commercial transactions.
• Lead a business-focused legal function, contributing to the strategy of the business and driving performance.
• Influence and effectively manage timely and cost-efficient outside legal counsel services and expert advisors as needed.
• Support business operations and provide direction and counsel regarding compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Advise Human Resources on employment law matters to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Advise and counsel on equity and tax issues and regulations, including assessment and advice on current and future business structures and legal entities.
• Maintain responsibility for and manage all aspects of the ethics and corporate compliance function.
• Manage the intellectual property portfolio, including trademark and copyright registration and protection, and patent matters.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or its equivalent.
• Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state or relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-6 years post-law school experience.
• Time in-house at a software or SaaS company preferred.
• Experience working on commercial transactions with a global sales team.
• Knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy laws.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000, bonus, and stock options.
