About the Role

We're seeking a talented Seasonal Stylist to join our team at AllSaints Retail. As a Seasonal Stylist, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, styling customers in our latest collections, and maintaining the store's aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have an outstanding shopping experience

• Style customers in our latest collections, sharing product knowledge and providing an exceptional brand experience

• Maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring product is readily available and floor sets and standards are upheld

• Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders, utilizing digital tools to support a positive customer journey

• Empower customers to make service decisions, resolving issues and retaining loyalty and trust

• Work as one team with the same goal, supporting and observing peers, seeking feedback to support growth and development

What We're Looking For

• Friendly and attentive, with excellent communication skills

• Awareness and knowledge of our brand, style, and values

• A can-do attitude and enthusiasm, with a passion for fashion and customer service

• Good problem-solving techniques and ability to work under pressure

• Tech-savvy, with experience using digital tools and systems

• Excellent attention to detail and a confident communicator
