Job Description

Position Overview

The Vital Stretch is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Studio Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales, nurturing community partnerships, and maintaining all functions of the studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive introductory and membership sales
  • Nurture community partnerships and maintain relationships with local businesses
  • Oversee studio operations, including staff management, scheduling, and customer service
  • Assist with social media marketing and content creation
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
  • Monitor studio technology and report any issues to the appropriate team member
  • Plan and execute local events to promote the studio and build brand awareness
  • Supervise Sales Associates and Vital Stretch Practitioners
  • Make decisions related to high-level customer service and enforce company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, membership sales, or a related field
  • NASM certification in the Stretching and Flexibility Coach program (training provided)
  • Certification through C-Developers as a Lead VSP (training provided)
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to future developed studios
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to drive multiple revenue streams, including introductory clients, memberships, retail, and add-on services
  • Self-starter with the ability to independently guide clients through the sales funnel
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • Solid written and grammar skills
  • Experience managing social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook
  • Professional, punctual, and reliable
  • Experience with G-Suite and studio software such as Club Ready is strongly preferred
