Youth Ministry Coordinator

At The Crossing Church, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a YouthCrossing Coordinator. This part-time position will play a vital role in supporting the campus youth pastor in overseeing various aspects of the youth ministry.

• Assist in planning and executing Wednesday night events, including setup, logistics, and volunteer management.
• Support the youth pastor in scheduling volunteers, ordering supplies, and managing the new student follow-up process.
• Collaborate with the youth team to plan campus-specific events and meetings.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry, communication, and record-keeping.
• Attend weekly meetings with the youth pastor and bi-weekly meetings with the supervisor and youth team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Basic administrative skills and experience working with volunteers.
• Passion for youth ministry and a commitment to creating a safe and welcoming environment for students.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
