Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at Penn National Gaming. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and staff.

• Set up and operate the dishwasher machine, ensuring proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Clean and sanitize the dishwashing area, including equipment and surrounding surfaces.
• Wash and stack dishes, scrub pans, and run them through the dish machine.
• Assist with cleaning the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, and changing the dish machine's lime scale.
• Perform other cleaning tasks as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment.
