The Hotel Maintenance Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and safety of the hotel property. They are responsible for maintaining a clean and attractive environment for guests while staying within budget constraints.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Repair and maintain the building's interior and exterior, including guest rooms, meeting spaces, and common areas.
  • Inspect all hotel systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
  • Enforce hotel policies and communicate any security threats or emergencies to management.
  • Keep the maintenance shop organized and assist guests with any issues promptly and courteously.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of hotel grounds and assist with security measures.

**Required Skills:**

  • Ability to follow directions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
