Position Overview

The role of the Travel Radiology Technologist is essential in providing high-quality imaging services across various healthcare settings. This position requires a dedicated professional with expertise in radiology and cardiology.

Certification Requirements
  • AHA certification is required, except for NICU assignments.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA only).
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (NRP) certification.
  • Verification of required technical certifications for each unit.
  • State License: A copy of the Professional License is mandatory.
  • IV Therapy certification is necessary if applicable.
  • Completion of unit-specific competency examinations is required.
Job Responsibilities
  • Specialty focus on Radiology and Cardiology.
  • In-patient X-Ray Technologist duties.
  • Minimum of 2 years of acute hospital experience is required.
  • Experience in Operating Room (OR) and Emergency Department (ED) is preferred.
  • No on-call duties are expected.
  • Uniform: Black scrubs are required.
Essential Qualifications
  • Current NJ License.
  • ARRT certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Schedule Details

Available shift times are from 7 AM to 7 PM, Friday through Sunday.

Additional Requirements
  • A copy of the current Driver's License is required.
  • Proof of OSHA, HIPAA, and Joint Commission annual training is necessary.
