Job Title: Technical CRM Project Manager with ML exp

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ month Contract

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical CRM Project Manager with experience in Machine Learning to join our team at ClifyX.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of IT experience and 3 to 4 years of recent experience in any CRM tool.

Strong Technical Project Management skills are required, as well as experience in Machine Learning.

Excellent Communication Skills are necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead CRM projects from initiation to delivery
  2. Develop and implement project plans and timelines
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  4. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
  5. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 to 12 years of IT experience
  • 3 to 4 years of recent experience in any CRM tool
  • Strong Technical Project Management skills
  • Experience in Machine Learning
  • Excellent Communication Skills
