We are seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our Radiology team at Cooper University Health Care. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for conducting MRI procedures and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Interview and screen patients prior to MRI procedures to identify any safety concerns or contraindications.
- Perform MRI procedures in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Begin studies, transfer images, and document patient history and study completion in the EPIC/EMR and PACS system.
- Apply MRI-compatible monitoring systems and IV infusion pumps as necessary.
- Utilize excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively manage daily workflow and patient flow.
- 1+ years of experience in MRI technology.
- Cardiac and pediatric experience preferred, but not required.
- Graduate of an AMA-approved RT program.
- Current ARRT license (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists).
- Current BLS certification (Basic Life Support).
