Residential Caretaker

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Residential Caretaker to join our team at Highland Management Group, Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our residential properties.

• Perform daily cleaning of common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and amenities
• Walk the grounds daily to ensure the property is free of debris and litter
• Clean and maintain garages, mechanical rooms, and storage areas
• Replace burned-out light bulbs and wash out fixtures
• Have a working knowledge of water and gas meter shut-offs, apartment fixtures, shut-off locations, and sewer clean-outs
• Seasonal tasks: shovel snow, rake leaves, pull weeds, and sweep sidewalks as needed
• Clean and detail apartments to ensure they are ready for occupancy
• Assure the cleanliness of vacant units
• Notify the manager of needed cleaning supplies and equipment
• Perform other miscellaneous tasks as requested by management
