Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coach Team Members to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that our guests receive friendly, efficient, and courteous service.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales promotions, loyalty programs, and marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Manage labor costs, scheduling, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding processes, providing training and development programs to help new Team Members integrate into the team.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with additional college classes in management, accounting, and finance preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Team Members, guests, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and maintain a clean and organized appearance.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
