### Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

#### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team at Synergy ECP. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mission-critical applications and web services in support of our Identity and Access Management (IdAM) solution.

#### Key Responsibilities

* Provide expertise in architecture, design, development, and testing for Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and/or Security Token Services (STS) implementation
* Analyze system requirements, concept of operations, and high-level system architecture to develop requirement specifications
* Develop detailed system architecture and system design documentation
* Develop system configuration documentation
* Configure and manage a Certification Authority and/or manage operational support staff

#### Required Skills

* Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) encryption and authentication
* Attribute Based Access Control (ABAC) concepts
* LDAP protocol, directories, and replication (RedHat DS)
* Digital Policy Management (DPM) and XACML
* Requirements analysis and decomposition
* Ticketing systems (JIRA, Redmine, or similar)
* Decomposing complex, interconnected software processes to identify and document dependencies
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to write/review technical documentation
* Ability to work independently

#### Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or a related field
* 10 years of System Engineering experience
* An additional 4+ years of System Engineering experience may be substituted for the degree for a total of 14 years
