We are seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at Williams Island Property Owners Association, Inc. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and people skills, ensuring a positive dining experience for our members from arrival to departure.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Manage reservations, answer phones, and schedule appointments with professionalism and poise.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with dining room staff to set and clear tables, manage the waiting list, and communicate special requests to managers, servers, and the kitchen.
- Stay knowledgeable about the menu, take to-go orders, and review reservations to ensure prompt and courteous service.
- Perform side work and other duties assigned by management, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
Requirements:
