POSITION SUMMARY
The role of a Guest Environment Attendant goes beyond simply providing a clean space for guests. It is about crafting a memorable and unique experience.
Our team members are adept in various housekeeping tasks, ensuring the overall cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the hotel.
They have the autonomy to navigate their environment and take necessary actions.Whether it involves fulfilling guest requests, restocking supplies, cleaning guest rooms and communal areas, or other related duties, the Guest Environment Attendant ensures that the hotel spaces contribute positively to the guest experience.
Success in this role hinges on several key factors: maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, safeguarding confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and presenting oneself in a professional manner.
Guest Environment Attendants will be active throughout their shifts, engaging in physical tasks (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and employing a hands-on approach to their work (lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance).
Performing these responsibilities effectively (along with other reasonable tasks as assigned) is essential for Guest Environment Attendants to meet the expectations of our guests and support our business objectives consistently.
