Job SummaryThis is a high-volume position that requires excellent communication skills as you will be interacting with clients frequently. You will also prepare written correspondence and court filings. Your organizational skills should be outstanding as you will be monitoring the firm's court calendar and managing telephone inquiries.
The duties of this role include preparing and delivering documents to the USCIS and EOIR, completing family-based immigration forms, such as VAWA petitions, and handling mail received by the team.
Requirements- Prior experience in family-based immigration
- VAWA experience is required
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, including calendaring and scheduling
- Familiarity with Cerenade software
- Knowledge of EOIR and USCIS procedures
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
