As an Event Bartender, you will need to monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and address their inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
  • Prepare and decorate beverages according to established recipes and portion control guidelines.
  • Serve and present drinks to guests in a professional manner.
  • Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements for alcohol service.
  • Maintain and stock the bar with a variety of beverages, including beer, wine, spirits, and necessary supplies.
  • Handle beverage-related perishables, ensuring quality and proper storage.
  • Professionally manage interactions with guests who may be inebriated.
  • Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Collaborate with banquet staff to guarantee guest satisfaction.
  • Report to work on time, in uniform, and ready to fulfill your duties.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcohol and possess (or be able to obtain) a bartender's license.
  • Preferred experience of at least one year in bartending.
  • Flexibility to work during holidays and weekends, as many events occur during these times.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, kneel, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
