Key Responsibilities
  • AV Project Management: Oversee all aspects of AV projects, including planning, installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of audio-visual systems.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AV systems with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
  • AV System Standards: Develop and implement AV system standards and procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely delivery of AV equipment and services.
  • System Audits and Maintenance: Conduct regular system audits and perform necessary upgrades or repairs to ensure optimal performance.
  • Technical Support: Provide training and technical support to end-users to maximize utilization of AV systems.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in AV installation and managing complex audio-visual systems.
  • Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of audio-visual equipment, including projectors, microphones, sound speakers, video screens, amplifiers, sound and mixing boards, and related electronic equipment for concerts, sports events, meetings and conventions, presentations, and news conferences.
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex AV issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
