- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure in Virginia.
- Experience in dialysis nursing, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
