    • Provide personalized service to every customer, using the Sell with Style steps to ensure a positive experience.
    • Professionally resolve customer complaints, ensuring the customer leaves happy on every occasion.
    • Share product knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Sales:
    • Understand and track store sales targets, daily, weekly, and monthly.
    • Assist in achieving store sales and performance indicators.
    • Utilize the store diary to track sales and improve performance.
  • Ear Piercing:
    • Understand the proper use of the mechanical stud and clasp ear device.
    • Provide safe and sanitary ear piercing services to customers.
  • Visual Merchandising and Housekeeping:
    • Assist in merchandising and housekeeping to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
    • Execute floor updates, range updates, and promotions according to planogram guidelines.
    • Ensure 'time to shine' and 'recovery' tasks are completed daily.
  • Product Management:
    • Process stock according to company standards.
    • Replenish stock into ranges within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Complete stock audits daily/weekly.
  • Private and Confidential:
    • Scan out non-repairable product the same day it is found.
    • Complete visual merchandising and store promotional directives.
  • Brand Ambassador:
    • Present yourself according to the current Lovisa Style Guide.
    • Wear the team piece on every shift.
    • Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times.
  • Communication:
    • Read, understand, and action all points in the Lowdown and Lovisa Communication notifications.
    • Maintain open lines of communication with the team.
  • Other:
    • Comply with all aspects of the Lovisa Employee Manual.
    • Comply with all aspects of the Lovisa Security Manual.
    • Be up to date with all policies and procedures.

  • Sales vs Growth on LY
