We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Pilot Knob Dental Care in Lakeville. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be an integral part of our patient care team, providing exceptional care and service to our patients.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Dental Hygienist License: Current dental hygienist license in MN and an Associate or Bachelor degree in dental hygiene (where required).
  • Excellent Working Knowledge: Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening, and medical history documentation.
  • CPR Certification: Current CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Velscope: Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
  • Desire to Learn: Desire to continue learning and growing clinical skills to meet the needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health.
  • Clinical Needs: Ability to meet the clinical needs of the office.
  • New Grads Welcome: New graduates and experienced hygienists are welcomed to apply.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to Perform Duties: Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Prolonged Sitting and Standing: Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Virtual Training: Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year.
