Job Overview

Position Summary: The Hampton Inn and Suites Exeter is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness of guest accommodations, ensuring satisfaction, and adhering to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform essential housekeeping tasks such as changing linens, arranging towels, restocking bathroom supplies, vacuuming, dusting, and preparing rooms for new guests.
  • Ensure all guest rooms are maintained according to brand and company standards.
  • Report any damages, deficiencies, or disturbances to management promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Self-motivated team player with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to effectively manage workplace challenges, including anticipating and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Capable of performing well under pressure.
  • Approachable and available to assist guests while delivering exceptional service.

Physical Requirements: The role requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Employees must regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds. Work hours may vary based on occupancy and other factors.
